Since being a crowd favourite in last series and finishing fourth, Thor has been adapted into a condensed but more powerful robot. It has a much flatter front to help get under other opponents, and interchangeable panels to cope with anything that is thrown at it, otherwise the shock absorbers will take most of the hit. Thor has become 20% smaller, which makes it lighter to allow for better armour. Thor also boasts custom wheels with unique tyres and a high powered electric motor, giving it 32 horse power at the wheel.

What makes Thor unique...

Thor has appeared in Robot Wars six and seven as well as series one and two of Robot Wars Extreme, when it came third. Last series Thor reappeared as a wildcard into the Grand Finale. Jason himself has been building robots for 12 years and started out as an engineer when he left school, before becoming a builder.
